Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Appraise all trade-ins accurately and promptly.
• Maintain an inventory mix aligned with market demand and dealership objectives.
• Price vehicles using current market data and competitive sets.
• Oversee reconditioning to control cost and cycle time.
• Lead the sales team on used inventory and deal structure.
• Identify non-retail vehicles for wholesale disposition and manage related records.
• Set clear expectations and coach staff to achieve measurable results.
• Monitor key metrics: days in inventory, gross profit, and turnover.
