Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory mix, pricing, aging, and turnover.
• Appraise trades accurately and support deal structuring.
• Manage reconditioning from acquisition to retail readiness.
• Lead and develop used-vehicle team and set performance expectations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and maintain dealership profitability.
• Monitor daily metrics and communicate strategy to teams.
