Audi Pacific is seeking an experienced Used Car Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our pre-owned inventory operations. This role oversees acquisition, pricing, merchandising, reconditioning, and inventory turn to drive profitability and market competitiveness.

Ideal candidates bring a proven track record in inventory strategy, market-based pricing, and vehicle velocity, with hands-on experience using vAuto and CDK.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Used Car Manager experience in the automotive industry.
• 3+ years hands-on vAuto experience.
• 1 year of CDK experience.
• Proven ability to manage inventory lifecycle from acquisition to retail.

Responsibilities

• Utilize vAuto daily to price to market, drive inventory turn, and maximize profitability.
• Control reconditioning flow to ensure frontline readiness.
• Maintain inventory health, aging strategy, and acquisition balance.
• Oversee vehicle appraisals and acquisition decisions based on market data and trends.
• Lead department execution to meet dealership and group performance goals.
• Leverage auction platforms and market tools to optimize purchasing decisions.
• Build and maintain strong industry relationships through effective negotiation.
