Job summary

The Lia Honda Enfield is seeking an experienced Automotive Used Car Sales Manager with a proven track record selling new and used vehicles while maintaining exemplary CSI. We are focused on delivering an excellent customer experience and creating long term, repeat business relationships with all our customers.

COMPENSATION RANGE: $110K-$200K+. This opportunity includes a benefits package with Medical, Dental and Vision, a 401K with Employer Match, paid time off, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Dealership management experience.
• Interested in training additional sales associates and working in a team.
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales day.
• Must have a clean and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and focus the Sales team.
• Develop relationships with employees and customers.
• Build rapport with customers to establish customer network.
• Manage, train, and support the sales staff and assist in closing deals.
• Help manage productivity of sales department.
• Facilitate regular sales training for continue team growth.
