• Sales Strategy: Set monthly and yearly quotas, track performance metrics via CRM tools, maximize gross profit margins, review market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs and volume potential, and develop sales campaigns.
• Customer Relations: Resolve buyer issues and ensure high customer satisfaction (CSI) scores.

The Used Car Sales Manager oversees pre-owned vehicle inventory, leads the sales team, and drives profitability while managing day-to-day dealership operations. The ideal candidate for this role is someone with excellent leadership skills, experience work with customers, and comfortable managing a large inventor of vehicles.
