The role offers a performance-based earnings range of $60,000 - 120,000 annually, with benefits including 401(k) matching and paid time off. Sundays are always off, and Saturday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in automotive purchasing, acquisitions, and appraisals.
• Strong ability to engage with customers effectively and build rapport.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Call and schedule appointments for vehicle appraisals and purchases.
• Interface with used vehicle owners to purchase vehicles.
• Appraise vehicles and input data into inventory management system.
• Work with Sales Managers to propose offers to sellers.
