Job summary

ISN Corporation seeks a Foreclosure Specialist to manage USDA Rural Development referral workflows from intake to resolution, ensuring timely action and documentation.

You will coordinate with approved law firms, track milestones, maintain thorough case notes, and compile monthly status reports for management and clients. Training is provided, and a diverse, inclusive culture is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment screening and government suitability investigation.
• 0-3 years of experience in real estate, title, property management, or foreclosure preferred.
• Strong written communication skills; role is primarily case administration via email/IM.
• Solid general computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple priorities.
• Self-starter mindset – take ownership and seek process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Assign referrals to approved law firms and ensure all required documentation accompanies each case.
• Track and communicate with assigned law firms to keep every case on established timelines.
• Monitor key case milestones – first legal action, service of process, judgment, and sale dates.
• Coordinate document requests between client and assigned law firms to close gaps.
• Maintain thorough, well-organized case notes and compile monthly status reports.
• Flag and escalate issues as needed.
