Job summary

ISN Corp. is seeking an experienced Default Servicing Manager to lead a federal agency’s Residential Loan Servicing Program. The role oversees delinquency management, loss mitigation, foreclosure, bankruptcies, and collections while ensuring adherence to investor guidelines and federal/state regulations.

The successful candidate will analyze complex loan situations, assess risk, coordinate with legal and operational teams, and drive performance metrics across the servicing portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of supervisory loan operations or mortgage servicing experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential mortgage default servicing.
• Experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and other government/investor loan guidelines.
• Knowledge of foreclosure, bankruptcy, collections, and applicable federal/state regulations.
• Working knowledge of FDCPA, SCRA, and UCC requirements.
• Experience with mortgage servicing systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage processes involving delinquency, loss mitigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections.
• Ensure compliance with applicable investor and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify emerging risks and trends.
• Analyze financial and loan-level data to support servicing decisions.
• Resolve complex and escalated non-performing loan issues.
• Coordinate with legal, servicing, compliance, and operational teams.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and performance metrics.
• Provide recommendations and reporting to program leadership.
• Ensure appropriate application of applicable borrower protections and servicing requirements.
