Job summary

Cherokee Federal is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead and grow a USCG portfolio, driving strategy, financial performance, and customer relationships across complex contracts. You will oversee Program/Project Managers, ensure staffing, quality, and program objectives, and advance recompete opportunities while expanding existing work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years federal government contract experience or equivalent.
• Experience supporting U.S. Coast Guard customers and requirements analysis.
• Experience managing complex federal contracts/portfolios with financial performance.
• Experience with pipeline, capture, recompete, or new-business pursuits in the federal market.
• Understanding of federal acquisition, contracting, BD, capture, proposal and recompete processes.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage high-performing teams and execute vision.
• Ability to obtain/maintain an active security clearance.
• Must pass Cherokee Federal pre-employment qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead an assigned USCG portfolio in alignment with Cherokee Federal objectives.
