Job summary

1 Resource Group is seeking a Construction Site Superintendent to lead all on-site activities for USACE projects. The role involves ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence while coordinating with the project team, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of construction management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts. Proficiency with RMS and Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• USACE certification or equivalent credential is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing USACE projects and working with subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all construction activities on USACE projects.
• Coordinate with project team, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet schedule, budget, and quality goals.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Generate progress reports and update project schedules; communicate with stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and support to the construction team and resolve conflicts.
