Job summary

1 Resource Group is seeking a Construction Site Superintendent to oversee USACE projects in Texas. Lead the construction team, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, 5+ years of experience, USACE project exposure, and strong leadership with proficiency in MS Office. RMS experience and USACE certification are preferred.

POSITION PURPOSE:

The Construction Site Superintendent for our client will be responsible for overseeing and managing all construction activities on USACE projects. They will work closely with the Project team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. The Construction Superintendent will coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of construction activities. They will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and productive work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and resolve any issues that may arise. They must have a solid understanding of construction techniques, building codes, and regulations, as well as experience in managing complex construction projects. The Construction Superintendent should have a high attention to detail, with the ability to review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts. They must also be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
