Job summary

1 Resource Group is seeking a Construction Site Superintendent to oversee USACE projects in Texas. Lead the construction team, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, 5+ years of experience, USACE project exposure, and strong leadership with proficiency in MS Office. RMS experience and USACE certification are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management.
Experience on USACE projects.
Strong knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage a team and resolve issues.
High attention to detail; ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and contracts.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Valid driver's license; ability to pass background check and drug screening.
RMS experience; USACE certification.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all construction activities on USACE projects.
Work with Project team to deliver on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
Maintain a safe and productive work environment and ensure compliance with safety policies.
Review construction drawings, specifications, and contracts; resolve issues.
Conduct site visits and inspections; update project schedules.
Provide leadership and support to the construction team; communicate with stakeholders.
