Job summary

1 Resource Group is seeking a Construction Site Superintendent to oversee and manage all construction activities on USACE projects. You will coordinate with the project team, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction management, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and contracts, while maintaining a safe work environment and complying

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of construction management experience.
• Experience on USACE projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and contracts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background/drug screening.
• RMS experience and USACE certification are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all construction activities on USACE projects.
• Work with the Project team to meet schedule, cost, and quality targets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment adhering to policies.
• Review drawings, specs, and contracts; resolve issues as they arise.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to track progress.
• Generate progress reports and update project schedules as needed.
• Communicate updates to project stakeholders and provide leadership to the team.
