Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

• At least 1 year of experience in usability testing with knowledge of programming languages, development platforms, troubleshooting, reporting, and communication skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification (additional qualifying experience may substitute for education requirements).
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting testing activities within healthcare systems.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in functional, integration, regression testing, and defect lifecycle management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing test plans, test cases, test scripts, and defect reports.
• Minimum 3 years of experience documenting testing findings and defects.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the following areas is highly desirable:

• Testing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and integrations with pharmacy, laboratory, billing, document management, or other ancillary applications.
• Testing implementations across multiple locations.
• Accessibility (ADA) testing.
• Test automation frameworks and tools.
• Industry-standard test management tools such as JIRA.
• Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with Business Analysts, SMEs, and end users.
