Job summary

Infinite Computer Solutions is seeking an IT Testing Engineer III with 8+ years of experience to lead QA activities in complex healthcare systems. The role focuses on MMIS QA SME contributions, test planning, UAT support, and end-to-end testing across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate will craft comprehensive test plans, tailor testing approaches, drive metrics, and manage defect lifecycles while coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT testing experience in healthcare or large-scale systems.
• Experience with MMIS QA and UAT coordination.
• Strong ability to prepare test plans, strategies, estimates and schedules.
• Experience in root cause analysis and process improvements in testing.
• Proven defect management lifecycle experience from detection to closure.

Responsibilities

• Provide MMIS and QA SME knowledge.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive test plans, strategies, estimates, and schedules for multiple project phases.
• Define and tailor test conditions to fit system requirements.
• Track testing progress and produce metrics and status reports.
• Establish and maintain test environments and test data.
• Lead root cause analysis with development teams to prevent recurrence.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Highlight risks to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Manage defect lifecycle during testing; ensure documentation, retesting, and closure.
• Support client during UAT under guidance of Test Lead.
• Coordinate and support training for new QA members.
• Participate in test status meetings and project discussions.
• SIT, UAT, E2E testing expertise in large healthcare systems.

• Role: IT Testing Engineer III (Min 8+ Years of Exp) D03 Level

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide MMIS and QA SME knowledge.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive test plans, test strategies, test estimates, and test schedules for multiple project phases and functional areas.
• Define and tailor test conditions and approaches to suit specific system/application requirements.
• Track testing progress and prepare testing metrics, status updates, and reports.
• Establish and maintain test environments and appropriate test data for successful execution.
• Participate in root cause analysis in collaboration with development teams to identify and prevent recurring issues.
• Identify, implement, and drive continuous improvement initiatives for testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Highlight process improvement opportunities, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Manage and monitor the defect management lifecycle during testing phase, ensuring proper documentation, tracking, re-testing, and closure.
• Support the client during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) under the guidance of the Test Lead.
• Coordinate and support training and knowledge transfer for new QA team members,
• Participate actively in test status meetings and project discussions.
• SIT, UAT, E2E testing expertise -5+ years preferred in large-scale healthcare systems.
• Strong communication & coordination - Ability to work with vendors, fiscal agents, and cross-functional teams.
