Morrison Express is seeking an experienced senior leader to guide regional sales and operations, aligning budgets with strategic goals and delivering measurable performance across stations. You will shape a high-performing team, drive cross-functional collaboration, and manage critical customer and partner relationships.

The role requires a track record of operational excellence, strategic thinking, and the ability to implement scalable processes.

Qualifications

• MBA preferred; bachelor's degree required in business-related field.
• Minimum 15 years of industry experience, including leadership of an operations team.
• Strong business thinker with data-driven decision making.
• Strategic leader able to set vision and roadmap to drive execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support DMs to set and achieve financial, operating, strategic, and other goals for their stations.
• Provide hands-on guidance and support to stations in sales and operations.
• Drive performance of annual business plans and budgets inline with long-term objectives.
• Support station management in motivating, developing, and retaining high-quality personnel.
• Assure SalesForce management and operational excellence initiatives are met.
• Maintain and develop key customer and vendor relationships.
• Lead and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
• Oversee contract logistics opportunity pipeline and RFQ responses for contract logistics.

Qualifications:

• MBApreferredwithrequiredbachelorsdegreeinrelatedbusinessdomain.
• Minimumof15yearsofindustry-relatedexperienceinclusiveofleadinganoperationsteam.
