Job summary

Morrisonexpress is seeking a senior operations leader in California to drive regional growth and station performance. You will lead the development and execution of strategic plans, oversee large logistics accounts, and align sales and operations with corporate objectives.

The role requires an MBA and 15+ years of experience in operations leadership, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making and KPI-driven improvement across multiple sites in the region.

Qualifications

• MBA preferred with a Bachelor's in business or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of industry experience including leading an operations team.
• Strong business acumen and data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to develop vision, set roadmaps and drive execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support DM's to set and achieve financial, operating, and strategic goals for their stations.
• Develop and acquire large logistics accounts; drive regional growth.
• Implement SOPs and KPIs; standardize processes across sites.
• Oversee Sales Force management and operational excellence initiatives.

• Implementation of customer onboarding process and execution of customer onboarding activities for major accounts.
• Supportselectmajoraccountsincustomersolutionandservicedevelopment.

Standardization:

• DevelopSOP'sforkeyaccountsinassociatingwithcustomerservices,operationsmanagement,andotherrelevantparties,withdetailedprocess,servicelevels,andKPI's.

Qualifications:

• MBApreferredwithrequiredbachelor'sdegreeinrelatedbusinessdomain.
• Minimumof15yearsofindustry-relatedexperienceinclusiveofleadinganoperationsteam.
