Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. in Austin, TX is hiring a Manufacturing Project Manager for an 18-month contract. The role supports cross-functional teams to maximize project productivity and ensure documentation and readiness for reviews.

Working hours are 9am to 5pm with occasional Saturday overtime. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree preferred, 0–4 years of project management experience, proficiency in MS Office, and a working knowledge of data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Maximize productivity for the project with staff.
• Ensure project phases are documented and information reported as needed.
• Lead regular program reviews, readiness assessments, and risk discussions.
• Communicate program status, risks, mitigation plans, and executive updates to stakeholders at all levels.
• Engage with BOM uploads/CP requests.
• Launch schedule CRFs and update PUSH/DROP if applicable.
• Manage and track system ship dates and update the system push pout tracker accordingly.
• Close CRFs when project manager are the last approvers.
• Issue Delivery notes for completed projects.
• Paperwork refresher on systems that have been sitting in FGI but are approaching their ship date.
• Establish and coordinate cross-functional teams consisting of Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Test Engineering, Quality, Product Engineering, Operations, and Program Management

Adecco is hiring immediately for a Manufacturing Project Manager with a local client in Austin, TX.

Pay: $ 33.80/hr.

Hours: 9am-5pm (Over time on Saturday on need basis)

Duration: 18-month contract

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively work with other staff to maximize productivity for the project / program.


• Ensure that all phases of project, program and/or process development are documented and that information required in other functional areas is reported, disseminated, or transferred, as appropriate.


• Lead regular program reviews, readiness assessments, and risk management discussions.


• Communicate program status, risks, mitigation plans, and executive updates to stakeholders at all organizational levels.


• Effectively engage with driving BOM uploads/CP request

Pay Details: $30.00 to $33.80 per hour
