Adecco Staffing is assisting a local company in Gloucester, MA to hire Material Handlers for the 2nd shift. The role runs Monday–Friday 3pm–11pm with weekend coverage as posted.

Pay ranges from $21–$25 per hour, with a posted detail of $24.57/hr. Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting materials, moving items with forklifts, updating SAP inventory records, and preparing shipments while coordinating with production and logistics to ensure smooth material flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
• 1–2 years of material handling or warehouse experience, preferably in a manufacturing or high-tech environment.
• Familiarity with ERP or warehouse systems (e.g., SAP) and basic computer skills (email, inventory tracking).
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and operate warehouse equipment safely

Pay:$21-$25/hour depending on experience and interview

Job Duties

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials for accuracy and quality, ensuring they meet Applied Materials' specifications.

• Safely transport and stage materials within the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment to support manufacturing and production schedules.

• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP), including data entry, labeling, and cycle counting.

• Package and prepare materials for outbound shipments according to company and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as production, quality control, and logistics to ensure timely and accurate material flow.

Job Requirements

Pay Details: $24.57 per hour
