As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what our members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets member expectations.
What you'll do...
- Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools, tasks, resources, and mentor new technicians, while developing interpersonal skills for providing safe and efficient customer service.
- Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, and seasonality. Show proficiency in Point of Sale systems, phone, and in-person selling techniques.
- Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan and drive sales, improve service, and enhance associate engagement, utilizing handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to services, safety alerts, product information, and training.
- Be an Owner: Communicate needs for equipment, tools, and supplies, track and monitor returns and special orders, operate cash registers, process transactions, maintain inventory, and ensure safety and compliance standards. Report issues and complete documentation accurately.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand by valuing member experience, modeling high-quality service, developing others, and fostering a respectful, supportive, team-oriented environment. Comply with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity.

The hourly wage range is $18.00 to $25.00, with potential premiums based on specific circumstances.
