Position Summary...

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what our members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets member expectations.

What you'll do...

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools and resources, mentor new technicians, and communicate effectively to provide excellent customer service.
2. Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, equipment operation, TPMS, product specifications, and sales techniques.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools and handheld technology to plan, improve service, and make immediate business decisions, encouraging others to adopt new tools.
4. Be an Owner: Manage equipment, supplies, inventory, and safety standards; process transactions; assist members; and ensure proper packaging and labeling in accordance with company policies.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service and products, inspire team members, and uphold the brand's values.
6. Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, and complete assigned tasks effectively while communicating progress and seeking continuous improvement.
