Position Summary...

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to meet the club's expectations.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools and resources, and mentor new technicians.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, and POS systems.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan and drive sales, improve service, and engage associates, utilizing handheld technology for immediate business decisions.
• Be an Owner: Manage equipment, supplies, inventory, and safety standards; assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand, model high-quality service, and develop others, fostering a respectful and supportive team environment.
• Act with Integrity: Uphold high standards of ethics and compliance, support Walmart's culture, and support sustainability goals.
