Position Summary

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets members' expectations.

What you'll do

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests; educate others on tools, tasks, resources; mentor new technicians; communicate effectively to ensure safe and efficient customer service.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, service procedures, equipment operation, TPMS, product specs, and seasonality; utilize POS systems and sales techniques.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools and handheld technology to plan sales, improve service, and enhance engagement; adapt to new tools and encourage their use.
• Be an Owner: Manage equipment, tools, supplies, inventory, safety, and compliance; process transactions; assist members with purchasing; report issues; complete documentation.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, develop others, and foster a respectful, team-oriented environment.
