Position Summary

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what members love for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets member expectations.

What you'll do

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools, tasks, and resources, and mentor new technicians. Communicate effectively and develop interpersonal skills for excellent customer service.
2. Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, equipment operation, TPMS, product specifications, and sales techniques using POS systems and customer interactions.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan sales, improve service, and make business decisions. Adapt to new technology and encourage others to do the same.
4. Be an Owner: Manage equipment, supplies, inventory, safety, and compliance. Assist members with purchasing decisions, resolve issues, and ensure proper packaging and storage of merchandise.
