Position Summary
As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets member expectations.
What you'll do
- Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools, tasks, resources, and mentor new technicians. Communicate effectively to provide safe and efficient customer service.
- Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, and sales techniques using POS systems and customer interactions.
- Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan sales, improve service, and make immediate decisions regarding safety and product information, encouraging others to adopt new technology.
- Be an Owner: Manage equipment, supplies, inventory, and safety standards. Handle transactions, customer issues, and paperwork efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, develop others, and foster a respectful, supportive team environment. Uphold company policies and ethical standards.
- Respect the Individual: Embrace diversity, foster a culture of belonging, and build trusting relationships. Support team development and recognize contributions.

Minimum Qualifications
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
- Must be 18 years or older
