Position Summary:

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what our members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do:

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests; educate others on tools, tasks, resources, and mentor new technicians; communicate effectively to provide safe and efficient customer service.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, service procedures, equipment, TPMS, product specs, and seasonality; operate POS systems, and employ phone and in-person sales techniques.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan sales, enhance service, and boost engagement; utilize handheld technology for business decisions and training; adapt to new tools and encourage their use.
• Be an Owner: Communicate needs for equipment, tools, and supplies; manage inventory, safety, and compliance; process transactions; assist members with purchasing; resolve issues; ensure proper packaging and labeling.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand through high-quality service; inspire and develop team members; support a respectful and team-oriented environment.
• Follow company policies, uphold ethics, and participate in continuous improvement.
