Position Summary
As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what members love for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets member expectations.
What you'll do
- Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools, tasks, resources, and mentor new technicians, while developing interpersonal skills for providing safe and efficient customer service.
- Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, and seasonality. Show proficiency with Point of Sale systems, phone, and in-person selling techniques.
- Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan and drive sales, improve service, and enhance associate engagement through handheld technology and systems, making immediate business decisions related to services, safety alerts, new product information, and training.
- Be an Owner: Communicate equipment, tools, and supplies needs, track returns and special orders, operate cash registers, process transactions, maintain inventory accuracy, report safety hazards, complete paperwork, and assist members with purchasing decisions.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the brand, model high-quality service, develop and inspire others, and foster a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented work environment. Comply with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity.

Minimum Qualifications
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
- Must be 18 years or older
- Successfully complete all required trainings and assessments

- Auto service industry experience
