Position Summary
As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets members' expectations.
What you'll do
- Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools, tasks, resources, and mentor new technicians, while developing interpersonal skills for providing safe and efficient customer service.
- Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, seasonality, and sales techniques using POS systems and in-person interactions.
- Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan sales, improve service, and elevate engagement, utilizing handheld technology for immediate business decisions and encouraging others to adopt new tools.
- Be an Owner: Communicate needs for equipment, tools, and supplies, operate cash registers, process transactions, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure safety and compliance standards are met. Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand by valuing member experience, modeling high-quality service, developing others, and fostering a respectful, supportive, team-oriented environment. Support company policies and complete work assignments effectively.

Minimum Qualifications
- Valid state-issued driver's license.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to successfully complete all required trainings and assessments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in auto service industry or retail.
