Position Summary...
As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department and deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the club meets the member’s expectations.
What you'll do...
- Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools, tasks, resources, and mentor new technicians, while developing interpersonal skills for providing safe and efficient customer service.
- Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, seasonality, Point of Sale systems, and sales techniques.
- Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan and drive sales, improve the service experience, and make immediate business decisions using handheld technology and systems.
- Be an Owner: Communicate needs for equipment, tools, and supplies; track returns and special orders; operate cash registers; maintain inventory and safety standards; report issues; assist members with purchases and resolve concerns.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand by valuing member experience, modeling high-quality service, developing others, and fostering a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented environment.

Minimum Qualifications...
- Valid state-issued driver's license.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Successfully complete all required training and assessments if hired.
