Position Summary...
As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what our members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets members' expectations.
What you'll do...
- Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools and resources, and mentor new technicians. Communicate effectively to provide safe and efficient customer service.
- Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, equipment operation, TPMS, product specifications, and sales techniques using POS systems and in-person/phone sales.
- Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan and drive sales, improve service, and enhance engagement. Utilize handheld technology for immediate business decisions regarding services and safety alerts.
- Be an Owner: Manage equipment, tools, supplies, inventory, and safety standards. Handle transactions, complete documentation, and assist members with purchasing decisions and issue resolution.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, develop others, and foster a respectful, supportive team environment. Understand and help overcome roadblocks, and assist in training team members.
- Comply with Policies: Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Use data and resources to complete work, communicate progress, and identify improvement opportunities.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00, with potential premiums based on specific circumstances.
Minimum Qualifications...
- Valid state-issued driver's license.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to successfully complete all required training and assessments.

- Experience in auto service industry or retail.
