Position Summary

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets member expectations.

What you'll do

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools and resources, mentor new technicians, and communicate effectively to provide safe, efficient customer service.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, service procedures, equipment, TPMS, product specs, seasonality, POS systems, and sales techniques.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan sales, improve service, and engage with associates, utilizing handheld technology for business decisions, safety alerts, training, and adapting to new tools.
• Be an Owner: Communicate needs for equipment and supplies, manage inventory and safety standards, handle transactions, assist members, and resolve issues following company policies.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service and products, model respectful teamwork, and support training efforts.
