Position Summary...

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department. Your goal is to deliver more of what our members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets member expectations.

What you'll do...

• Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
• Maintain merchandise presentation by stocking, setting up, cleaning, organizing displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise, and securing fragile and high-shrink items.
• Keep the Sales Floor in Tire and Battery Center organized according to company policies, handling claims and returns, zoning, merchandising, and managing shrink and damages.
• Receive and stock merchandise, organize the Tire and Battery Center, follow company procedures, operate equipment properly, and complete necessary documentation.
• Ensure safety by following all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, handling hazardous materials properly, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Operate hardware such as cash registers, process purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges following proper procedures.
• Assist members with purchasing and service decisions, complete vehicle service requests, operate equipment safely, and handle merchandise and supplies appropriately.
• Service Members' automobiles by driving vehicles, noting damages, following guidelines for tire installation, performing automotive services, and operating computer equipment for processing services.
