This role involves ensuring the financial sustainability of operations by managing budget information, requesting replacement HVAC/VR equipment, reviewing journals and invoices, conducting price comparisons, and developing scopes of work for projects such as rooftop unit replacements.
Responsibilities include completing work assignments in HVACR service, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, maintaining safety standards, managing resources like refrigerant and parts inventory, troubleshooting and repairing HVACR and EMS systems, providing expert advice, supporting business solutions, and embodying company values such as respect, integrity, customer service, and excellence.

The hourly wage ranges from $25.00 to $50.00, with potential premiums based on specific circumstances.
Vocational or Technical HVAC/R certification with 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or construction for commercial HVAC/R and building controls, or 4 years of experience in similar fields. EPA Type I/II Certification for refrigerant handling is required.
Completion of a 2-year Vocational or Technical HVAC/R program or a Mechanical license in the job location's city/state.
