What you'll do

As a Maintenance Technician, you will execute routine maintenance tasks to ensure safety, functionality, and aesthetics of Walmart stores, equipment, and fixtures. You will work under the supervision of the General Maintenance Manager, following maintenance schedules, conducting inspections, and repairing facilities and equipment.

Position Requirements

• 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work at heights, and in various temperatures
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and ability to pass MVR
• Vocational or technical certification and 1 year of experience, or 2 years of related work experience in trades such as plumbing, electrical, or material handling

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair facilities and equipment using multiple craft skills and tools
• Support store operations by responding to repair requests and documenting activities
• Conduct inspections and testing of facilities and equipment

Compensation
