Position Summary...

Performs routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, proper functionality, and aesthetics of facilities, equipment, or fixtures by following established schedules and guidelines. Inspects, cleans, repairs, observes, and documents signs of wear and tear, gathers capital expense information, and recommends repairs or replacements. Diagnoses issues using blueprints, manuals, or catalogs, and repairs equipment utilizing hand tools, power tools, and other equipment. Manages work orders, schedules, contractors, and ensures compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations. Provides expert advice, supports business solutions, and builds relationships with stakeholders. Demonstrates respect for individuals, acts with integrity, and serves customers by delivering results with an omnichannel mindset. The hourly wage range is $19.00-$35.00, with additional premiums depending on circumstances.
