Our team of Technical Program and Project Managers leads strategic security initiatives within Security Services, collaborating closely with engineering, platform, and business units. Focused on risk mitigation, cloud transformation, and enterprise resilience, the team ensures strong governance, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement. By leveraging automation and effective project management practices, the group delivers measurable outcomes that enhance security posture, operational reliability, and compliance with global standards. This dynamic environment fosters innovation and operational excellence, supporting robust protection and sustained business success in an evolving technology landscape.
What you'll do:

• Assess and estimate resources required for successful completion of medium-complexity projects using established tools and techniques.
• Monitor and control program progress against milestones, addressing risks and issues to maintain project health.
• Lead cross-functional coordination meetings to review schedules, risks, and dependencies, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting data-driven recommendations and building consensus.
• Manage financial aspects including budgeting and cost monitoring for multiple projects within a program.
• Define program goals, deliverables, and schedules aligned with strategic objectives.
• Support technology domain stakeholders by translating business needs into actionable solutions.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven expertise in program estimation, risk assessment, and mitigation techniques for projects of small to medium complexity.
• Strong knowledge of program monitoring, control tools, and reporting processes to track progress against milestones and timelines.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional coordination meetings and manage project health through proactive measures.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus in complex environments.
• Experience in financial management, budgeting, and monitoring cost expenditures across multiple projects.
• Solid understanding of technology landscape and its alignment with business strategy.
• Proficiency in organizational change management and agile project methodologies.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
