Position Summary

Walmart is expanding its workforce and recruiting Senior Technicians in General Facilities Maintenance. If you have relevant experience, bring your skills to our dynamic environment. Your role involves overseeing routine maintenance to ensure safety, functionality, and aesthetics of Walmart stores, working under the supervision of the General Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining and repairing facilities, equipment, and assets using various craft skills.
• Using work order systems to support store operations and document repairs.
• Responding promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspecting and testing facilities and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Completing safety and operational training.

Position Requirements:

• 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Vocational or Technical certification plus 1 year of experience, or 2 years of related work experience in trades like plumbing, electrical, or carpentry
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to lift 20 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally, and work at heights and on ladders
