What you'll do...
  1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, communicate effectively, develop interpersonal skills for customer service, be flexible to business needs, track goods, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage.

Provide meat products to members by processing meat according to specifications, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, sanitation, and inventory management. Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment.
  3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement. Utilize handheld technology for business decisions related to production, training, and product quality, and encourage others to adopt new tools.
  4. Be an Owner: Drive business results, ensure operational excellence, plan for profitability, maintain a clean work area, ensure quality standards, eliminate waste, secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise, assist members with purchasing, and ensure proper packaging, labeling, and storage.
  5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and club, value member experience, model high-quality service, interact with associates to understand barriers, and assist in training.
  6. Compliance and Work Management: Follow company policies, procedures, and ethics; complete work assignments effectively; collaborate with managers and partners; identify priorities and communicate progress; seek improvement opportunities and adapt to change.
Core Values and Behaviors
  • Respect the Individual: Embrace differences, create a supportive workplace, build trusting relationships, and help others thrive.
  • Act with Integrity: Uphold high standards of ethics, model company values, hold oneself and others accountable, and support Walmart’s sustainability goals.
