Position Summary: As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will drive sales in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.
What you'll do...
- Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, communicate effectively, develop interpersonal skills for customer service, be flexible to business needs, track goods, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage.
- Be an Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of various meat products, equipment usage, and backroom operations. Provide meat products to members by processing meat according to specifications, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, sanitation, and inventory management. Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment.
- Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement. Utilize handheld technology for business decisions related to production, training, and product quality, and encourage others to adopt new tools.
- Be an Owner: Drive business results, ensure operational excellence, plan for profitability, maintain a clean work area, ensure quality standards, eliminate waste, secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise, assist members with purchasing, and ensure proper packaging, labeling, and storage.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and club, value member experience, model high-quality service, interact with associates to understand barriers, and assist in training.

Compensation
The hourly wage range is $18.00 to $25.00, with potential premiums based on schedule, facility, or work performed.
Minimum Qualifications
- 6 months’ experience in a fresh production department
- Must be 18 years or older
