Walmart is seeking a Senior Manager of Technology Operations for Cross Border Automation in Bentonville, AR. This role leads centralized Global Logistics technology initiatives spanning the U.S., Mexico, and Canada, partnering with Cross Border Operations, U.S.

business, Transportation, Customs, Product, and Technology to translate operational needs into scalable requirements. The incumbent will own Global Logistics BRDs and backlog, drive prioritization, and engage through implementation,

Collaborating closely with Operations, Product, Engineering, and business partners, the team translates business needs into effective technology strategies. Their focus includes streamlining workflows, accelerating automation adoption, and delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, visibility, compliance, and execution throughout end-to-end global logistics operations. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
