- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Supply Chain, Communications, or related field and 4 years’ experience in retail, production, operations management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in retail, production, operations management, or related area.
Responsibilities
- Lead technology transformations from discovery through implementation and optimization.
- Evaluate user experiences, processes, systems, data, and operational needs.
- Define future-state workflows, experiences, requirements, and success measures.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Legal, and business teams through delivery.
- Lead testing, readiness, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to apply automation, AI, and emerging technology.
- Use data and user insight to improve experiences and business outcomes.
- Communicate decisions, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
