Our team integrates commercial strategy with advanced technology to enhance customer satisfaction and advertising revenue across Walmart Search, P13N, and Walmart Connect. Collaborating closely with product, engineering, and data science teams, we lead cross-functional initiatives to improve personalized content retrieval and algorithmic ranking. We develop dynamic business controls balancing customer intent, organic relevance, and monetization in real time. This data-driven approach delivers an intuitive discovery experience for millions of shoppers while optimizing multiple business levers.   The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
