Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead the design and development of scalable frontend applications and AI-powered experiences for Walmart Commerce. The role emphasizes modern frontend architecture using React, TypeScript, design systems, data visualization, and API integrations.

You will partner with AI/ML, Data Science, UX, Product, and Platform teams, mentoring engineers and delivering enterprise-scale web applications at Walmart scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in analytics or related field would be a plus.

  The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
