Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/IS or related field.
• 5+ years of software engineering or related area.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data Platform Operations team to drive operational strategy for the Data Lake and related services.
• Enhance data security and governance by improving access provisioning and compliance standards.
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and automation to streamline operations.
• Improve cloud cost efficiency through tuning across storage, compute, and networking.
• Collaborate with security teams to strengthen IAM, RBAC, and compliance.
• Apply SRE practices for standardized deployments and resilience.
• Enhance monitoring and observability for reliability.
• Oversee maintenance, scaling, and automation of operational workflows.
• Integrate AI-driven optimization for performance improvement.
• Mentor engineers and guide architectural decisions with rigorous testing and code reviews.

The annual salary range for this position is $121,000.00 - $242,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

Minimum Qualifications...

• Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
• Option 2: 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
• 2 years’ supervisory experience.
