Position Summary... Walmart Connect is seeking experienced advertising sales professionals to join our growing Advertising Sales organization. As Walmart's retail media business, Walmart Connect helps brands connect with millions of customers through innovative, data-driven advertising solutions across digital, in-store, and omnichannel experiences.

The Senior Partner, Advertising Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic relationships with enterprise advertisers, and delivering advertising solutions that help brands achieve their business objectives. This role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, expanding advertiser investment, and developing long-term partnerships through consultative selling and strategic business planning.

Our Advertising Sales organization supports a diverse portfolio of leading brands across multiple industries and business verticals. Successful candidates will bring a strong background in digital advertising sales, proven revenue ownership, and the ability to develop and execute strategic advertising partnerships that deliver measurable business results.

What you'll do...

• Drive Advertising Revenue: Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise advertisers by identifying new revenue opportunities, expanding existing partnerships, and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Own Strategic Business Planning: Develop, negotiate, and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and annual advertising investment strategies aligned with advertiser objectives and revenue growth opportunities.
• Build Executive Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers, marketing executives, media leaders, and key stakeholders across advertiser organizations.
• Lead Consultative Sales Conversations: Understand advertiser business challenges and recommend strategic advertising solutions that drive measurable outcomes and increased media investment.
• Expand Advertiser Investment: Identify opportunities to grow share of wallet, secure incremental advertising budgets, and introduce advertisers to Walmart Connect's expanding portfolio of advertising solutions.
• Leverage Data and Insights: Utilize advertising performance metrics, customer insights, and market trends to develop compelling sales strategies and demonstrate business value.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams to develop integrated advertising strategies, deliver against advertiser commitments, and identify opportunities for continued growth.
• Manage Sales Performance: Maintain accountability for revenue targets, pipeline development, forecasting, and overall business performance within an assigned portfolio.
• Represent Walmart Connect: Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to advertisers while staying informed about retail media, digital advertising, and evolving industry trends.

What you'll bring...

• Demonstrated experience in digital advertising sales, retail media, media partnerships, or enterprise advertising sales.
• Proven track record of directly owning revenue targets, growing advertiser investment, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience developing and managing strategic advertiser relationships, including senior-level and executive stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including retail media, programmatic advertising, display, search, video, connected TV (CTV), or other digital media solutions.
• Experience developing and executing annual business plans, Joint Business Plans (JBPs), or strategic advertising investment agreements.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and expand existing advertiser relationships.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate business objectives into advertising strategies that drive measurable results.
• Experience leveraging data, insights, and performance metrics to influence advertiser investment decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities and delivering against business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications...

• Experience working within an established retail media network, digital advertising platform, or major media organization.
• Experience directly owning enterprise advertiser Joint Business Plans, annual media commitments, or significant advertising revenue portfolios.
• Familiarity with omnichannel advertising solutions, measurement capabilities, and emerging advertising technologies.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
