Role summary: The (USA) Manager, Business Support leads the development and execution of quality improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and financial accuracy. This role oversees strategic project implementation, evaluates processes for continuous improvement, and manages key performance metrics to support informed business decisions. Collaborating across teams, the manager drives operational excellence while fostering strong stakeholder relationships. Additionally, this position provides leadership and development opportunities for associates, ensuring compliance with company standards and promoting a culture of accountability, integrity, and high performance aligned with Walmart’s mission and values.

About the team: The Hierarchy team is dedicated to creating and maintaining a consistent, accurate, and scalable financial reporting hierarchy that supports effective business management. The team connects product classification with financial structures, ensuring proper item alignment and governance. Responsibilities include managing hierarchy rules, executing structure changes, supporting business restructures, and collaborating across Merchandising, Finance, Pricing, Analytics, and Technology. As the team transitions to the Omni Financial Hierarchy, efforts focus on simplification and modernization by reducing legacy processes and leveraging AI and automation to enhance accuracy, speed, and self-service capabilities.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
