Position Summary

As a Realty Project Coach, you'll join our Realty Execution team and take ownership of delivering store remodels, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet our high-quality standards. In this role, you'll supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store associates to keep projects on track. Additionally, travel will be a part of the job.

Shift and Travel

Primarily overnight shifts, averaging 10-12 hours. Frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home, with 80% of the time spent away, often for 17-21 days. Travel areas depend on project workload and may include surrounding states or farther. Mileage is reimbursed, and overnight stays are paid; travel time is not paid.

Compensation

The annual salary range is $60,000 - $110,000, with potential performance bonuses and other benefits.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, store design, or related areas, or 3 years of experience in these fields.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Business or related field, 1 year of leading cross-functional teams, and Project Management Professional Certification.

Additional Information

Reliable transportation is required. Supervisory responsibilities include hiring, training, mentoring, and ensuring compliance with company policies and ethics. Building relationships with stakeholders to implement business solutions is also part of the role.
