Position Summary...

As a Realty Project Coach, you'll join our Realty Execution team and take ownership of delivering store remodels, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet our quality standards. You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store associates to keep projects on track. The role requires travel.

What you'll do...

Lead and motivate your team to meet project timelines and deliverables. Foster collaboration and teamwork among associates. Manage project execution in assigned stores, communicate plans and obstacles to stakeholders, and minimize impact on store operations. Develop and mentor associates, providing supervision, recognition, and career guidance.

Qualifications that will make you stand out

• Knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, or store design.
• Experience leading teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives.

Additional Role Details

Shift: Primarily overnight shifts, 10-12 hours.
Travel: Frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home, away 80% of the time, for 17-21 days at a stretch. Reimbursed mileage, paid overnight stays, but travel time is unpaid.
Salary: $60,000 - $110,000 annually.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, store design, or related areas OR 3 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business or related field.
• 1 year experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Project Management Professional Certification.
