Position Summary...

As a Realty Project Coach, you'll join our Realty Execution team and take ownership of delivering store remodels, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet our high-quality standards. You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store associates to keep projects on track. This role involves travel.

Shift and Travel:

Primarily overnight shifts (10-12 hours). Frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home, often 80% of the time, for 17-21 days at a stretch. Travel areas vary based on workload, with mileage reimbursed and overnight stays paid.

Salary:

$66,000 - $121,000 annually, with potential bonuses and additional compensation such as stock options.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, or data analysis, OR 3 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Business or related field, 1 year leading cross-functional teams, and Project Management Professional Certification.

Additional Requirements:

• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to supervise and develop associates, ensure compliance, and support business solutions through stakeholder relationships.
