Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Position Summary

As a Realty Project Coach, you'll join our Realty Execution team and take ownership of delivering store remodels, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet our quality standards. You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store associates to keep projects on track. The role involves travel as part of the job.

Additional Information

• Reliable transportation required.
• Provide supervision, development, and mentorship to associates.
• Ensure compliance with policies, support company values, and implement business solutions.
• Travel up to 1000 miles from home, 80% of the time, with reimbursement for mileage and paid overnight stays.
• Work primarily overnight shifts (10-12 hours).
