Position Summary

As a Realty Project Coach, you'll join our Realty Execution team and take ownership of delivering store remodels, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet our quality standards. You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store associates to keep projects on track. The role involves travel as part of the job responsibilities.

Additional Details

Shift: Primarily overnight shifts, averaging 10-12 hours.

Travel: Frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home, often 80% of the time, with trips lasting 17-21 days. Travel areas depend on project needs. Compensation includes mileage reimbursement and paid overnight stays.

Salary: $60,000 - $110,000 annually.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field plus 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, or data analysis, OR 3 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Business or related field, 1 year of leading cross-functional teams, and Project Management Professional Certification.
